Ahh, glitter glue. The peacock feathers of the art supply world. Funky paneled art with a plastic semi-opaque peacock and glitter glue on woven backdrop. Made by ROMM Mfg of Brooklyn in the late 1960s-early 1970s. In generally good condition with some wear in line with age.
