Large 1970s "Photographer" Painting

A photographer with captivating charm - I'm sure we went to school with someone like this. Large well painted portrait of someone's teacher that they had a crush on. Matted nicely with a linen border and simple dark wood frame. Painted in 1977 and is signed by the artist (though we can't make out the signature). In good condition, some warping to linen.
