That is one compact cruiser! Atomic folding chrome rolling dinette cart with two woodgrain metal tiers. Made by Bremshey in the 1970s. Would make a great bar setup, plant stand or kitchen cart! In good condition, some noticeable scratching to tiers and light wear throughout.
