That is one compact cruiser! Atomic folding metal rolling dinette cart with two woodgrain tiers. Manufactured by VersaTable. Likely from the 1970s. Would make a great bar setup, plant stand or kitchen cart! One of the tiers is warped on one side. In good condition, some noticeable scratching and scuffing to metal, some wear throughout.
